Shoes 2 Share
Shoes 2 Share is a grassroots, non-profit charitable ministry with a passion to serve. It was founded in 2003 by Delaware residents Rhonda and Tim Wampler, during the adoption of their two youngest children from Haiti, the poorest country in the Western Hemisphere.
Shoes 2 Share has an ongoing goal to be a three-part charitable ministry which includes:
1. Continued footwear relief for children and their families within Haiti and throughout the world.
2. Joining together with other charitable organizations, both domestically and internationally, by providing them with donated shoes, to increase the benefits of their outreach efforts.
3. Establishing an emergency response team for areas affected by disasters across our nation and worldwide.
To Get Involved
If you would like to get involved. Please bring any new or like new shoes to the conference to donate. The largest call for footwear is sandals, leather sneakers, spikes and any sturdy work/play boot. But please understand the shoe donations are not limited to these styles. Our benefactors will be so grateful for any style "new or like new" shoe that is condusive to protecting the foot and meeting a need for better quality of life. New socks & shoe laces are also in constant need to dress up the appropriate footwear for it's new owner!
